Heather has worked in various positions at notable companies such as Applebee’s, Pinkberry, and Princess Cruises. Currently, Heather serves as the Manager of Training and Development for the Operations and Entertainment Department at Universal Studios - Hollywood where her responsibilities include managing the training process and helping to develop future leaders for the theme park. Heather is a long-time resident of Santa Clarita and a former member of JCI Santa Clarita having served on the Board from 2010-2012.
