Our guest today is Paul Butler, one of the co-owners Newleaf Training and Development — a staff training and leadership company headquartered in Valencia, California. Prior to starting Newleaf in 2006, he previously served in senior leadership positions with Hilton and Marriott hotels — in Europe as well as North America. Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA). He has been married since 1994.
